How is my resume analyzed?

Your resume is sent to AI models that have been prompted to act as experienced recruiters. The analysis focuses on ATS compatibility, clarity, career progression, and practical improvements.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your resume data is encrypted at rest. Stored resumes use AES-256-GCM encryption. We don't share your resume with third parties except for the AI analysis itself.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF and DOCX files. For best results, use a clean, well-formatted document. Avoid images-only PDFs (scanned documents may not parse correctly).

Why do I see different results with different personas?

Each persona evaluates your resume from a different perspective. The Hireability lens focuses on improvements, while the Risk lens highlights potential red flags. This helps you see your resume from multiple angles.

What is the Developer tier for?

The Developer tier is for users who want to use their own AI API keys. You get all Power features but use your own tokens, so there are no platform AI costs. Great for heavy users or those who prefer specific models.
